Orders above $100 count with free shipping
-Shipped orders of regular priced products will be able to be returned only if the reason for the return is a sizing matter, and if it is returned in the next 14 days after package was delivered.
-The products must be returned in their same packaging and with original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if any of these are missing.
-Package should be returned through the same courier that delivered it (Fedex, UPS, DHL). We do not accept returns through USPS.
-The client will pay for the delivery fee of the retuned item.
-Sale items cannot be returned.
-Power Wings reserves the right to decline any return if sign of wear is visible on any of the pieces.
-Products are not shipped on weekends or holidays. There for, the processing time of each package is 3-5 days.
-If the reason for the return is due to a damaged good, proof of such damage should be e-mailed to customerservice@powerwings.com by taking pictures and submitting them right after package has been delivered.
-Once Power Wings certifies that all the policies listed have been met, the exchange of the product shall be processed.
-If the order is over $100, Power Wings will ship it through a private courier.
